The seller, Madeleine Home Inc, provides excellent customer service as well. The first medallion delivered was chipped and they sent a new one right away. Will definitely order home goods from them again! We also ordered the rectangle version as a ‘headboard’ substitute for our master bedroom. Also beautiful and no issues with that piece.Just as pictured. Beautiful pieces for our large wall space. Used air nails to secure to wall, and the wood held up and did not split.As shown. Looks good on my wall, not cheap at all. I recommend this item.
